Do you deliver the same day?

We are Open 6 Days and deliver the same day, including Saturday. Conditions apply

Can I specify a time for my delivery?

With our vast transport capability, we will endeavor to deliver within a reasonable time frame. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery as there are many factors that can change e.g. weather, traffic, site delays etc.

Can you delivery multiple products at one time?

Yes, we can accommodate your request, depending on the quantities and specific products you need. To ensure separation, we use weedmat or plastic to divide the load, making every effort to prevent mixing of products.

What do I do if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

If you’re not available during the delivery time, then we require clear and detailed instructions on where you would like our delivery drivers to unload products/supplies (such as by leaving a tarp at the location). Additionally, please leave your contact information so that our drivers may reach you if any issues arise.

I require a crane truck to deliver the products, can you help?

All sand, soil, mulch, pebbles etc are bulka bag ready for delivery to site on our crane trucks.

What payment methods do you accept for delivery orders?

We accept a variety of payment options, including credit card payments (both in-person, online, and over the phone) as well as cash payments to one of our friendly drivers or office staff prior to delivery.
