1. Loyalty cards and their benefits are issued to the address where the name and address appears on the application form and are not transferable to any other address.
2. To obtain loyalty discounts you must inform the staff member for Elite Sand & Soil at commencement time of ordering giving Loyalty Card details including card number and address. Management or staff members will not be able to search for your details and discounts can’t be awarded after the sale is processed through the register.
3. The primary loyalty cardholder is responsible for ensuring the details of their address and contact details are correct at all times.
4. Reproduction of an Elite Loyalty Card in any form is strictly prohibited.
5. A fee of $5 per Member per card is payable for all requested replacement cards. A temporary Membership card may be issued.
6. Loyalty cards remain the property of Elite Sand & Soil Pty Ltd. Elite Sand & Soil Pty Ltd may terminate a Loyalty card if a Member fails to comply with these terms and conditions or misuse Loyalty privileges.
7. By signing as a member the recipient of the loyalty card agrees and acknowledges they may occasionally receive promotional material such as discounts and special offers from our Elite Sand & Soil and its affiliates.
